Happy New Year! Let’s start this one off with new hope and new starts, along with a few new recipes in the kitchen. We can continue to build our repertoire by finding and adding new favorites to our rotating menus.

What to eat in January is on everyone’s mind as we get off to a new start in the new year. Who has time to seek and hunt down recipes to help get us back in the saddle trimming away the extra calories we put on over the holidays? Plus, we will need to stay warm, toasty and comfy as the weather enters the chilliest time of year.

I have put together a collection of 35 recipes to take some of the guesswork out of your menu planning. This should leave you with a little more time to worry about other things and just chill out and enjoy your free time!
